Paul has been in management in Australia since he was 22 years old - he came to New Zealand over 10 years ago where he held a CEO position until 2007 when he became CEO of a major NZ trade exchange company.

Paul speaks on relevant topics for today and uses his many years of personal experience as a leader to bring a very passionate message to his audiences.  They find after hearing him speak that he truly believes in his 'Servant Leadership' message and that it can help them and other NZ organisations at all levels of management. 

Growing up on a farm near a small country town in Australia, most would say Paul had little chance of becoming a successful leader, but given his first opportunity in a management role in 1988 he implemented a “Servant Leadership” style of management and the results started to show.  He has continued to use this same leadership style as CEO of Omegatrend and now in his current CEO role in New Zealand. 

Paul’s style is confident, hard hitting and humorous as he uses personal stories to communicate his message. He engages his audiences and takes them on a journey of discovery where they laugh, possibly cry and most definitely, enjoy listening to him.   Whether speaking to corporate leaders or future leaders at school or university, Paul’s message is relevant for any potential or current leaders to hear.
